We're a small team and we keep contact intentionally simple — one address, real humans on the other side. Tell us what you're trying to do (run a tournament, evaluate the platform, integrate with us, report a bug) and we'll route it the right way internally.
What to expect
- Sales & demos: we'll usually reply within a few hours during business hours, and never longer than one business day.
- Active-tournament support: if you write to us during a live tournament with an urgent issue, put "URGENT — live event" in the subject and we'll prioritize.
- Feature requests: we read every one. We're shaping v1 around director feedback, so the more specific your use case, the better.
- Press & partnerships: same inbox. We'll route to whoever should pick it up.
A note on early access. We're in beta and intentionally keeping the customer base small while we polish. If you're piloting VioGolf for a real event, tell us — we want to know about it before the day, not after.
