What it's like here

We're a small team building deliberately. The product is in early access; the work is hands-on and visible. There's no committee between you and the player who'll use your code on Saturday morning.

Who we tend to hit it off with

  • Engineers who'd rather ship a feature one director loves than a feature everyone thinks is fine.
  • Designers who care about real-world readability (small phones, big sun, fast moments) more than about pixel-perfect mockups.
  • Tournament directors and pros who've used the bad software, hated it, and want to help us not build that.
  • People who play golf — bonus points if you can articulate why a 4 on a par-3 stings more than a 7 on a par-5.

How to introduce yourself

Email support@viogolf.com with:

  • A short note about what you'd like to work on.
  • Anything you've built or shipped you're proud of (a link is fine).
  • What's drawing you to tournament-management software specifically.

We don't have a careers portal or an ATS — we keep it informal until we're at the scale that demands more. Real reply, real conversation.

Working with golf? If you're an industry person (PGA pro, club administrator, GM, tournament chair) and you'd like to consult or work part-time as we build, we're open to that too. Same email, just tell us who you are and how you'd like to help.
